I have become very interested in anything Tesla and am reading all his works and those works about him. Too bad the government and the academic community couldn't see his genius so long ago. We would be in a better place had they....

As an electrical engineer, I was disappointed on many levels. Clarity, theory, and even a smooth introduction seem to be missing. Just launches into building a particular Tesla coil without any overview of what exactly is being built. Some of the materials and terminology seem archaic, and that's even so, for me, as a hobbyist/retired guy from the 50's!
Would have been a one star review, if this wasn't a 99 cent purchase off an promo credit.
Tesla said that this invention will be used for many great purposes, and still the true purpose of this machine remains a mystery. That's what makes this interesting.
